SpinachCon 2018

Do you ever wish that free software was just a little bit better? As a longtime free software advocate, I certainly have had this thought many times. Enter SpinachCon — it’s a hackfest for user experience and new contributor feedback. The idea is that sometimes free software “has a little spinach in its teeth” and it needs its friends to let it know in a friendly way.

Join us for SpinachCon 2018: March 23rd, 12:30 – 5pm, no cost!

This year we’ll be at CGIS Knafel, at 1737 Cambridge Street (in the north building) on the Harvard campus, just outside Harvard Square. You are looking for the round building. Find us in the K354 Seminar Room on the third floor. Thanks so much to Dataverse for providing a location this year!

From 12:30 until 5pm on March 23rd, we’ll be doing user testing with Debian, GNOME, and new contributor testing with Dataverse. Drop in a for just a little while or join us for the whole afternoon.  The event is free and we’d love to see you there!

Come try the software, answer a few questions and get a little edible spinach (snacks provided) in return. Thanks to Debian (and maybe you? get in touch!) for helping us provide lunch!
